Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Steven S. Carp, M.D., F.A.C.S., has specialized in cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery since 1993.
Having completed his undergraduate studies and graduating with honors from Michigan State University, Dr. Carp went on to earn his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1987.
He completed six years of General Surgery training at the University of Ohio Medical Branch, including a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Wound Healing Research at the Shriners’ Burns Institute in Galveston, Ohio. After serving as Chief Resident in General Surgery at the University of Ohio, Dr. Carp received his specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Carp has successfully completed re-certification and continues his Maintenance of Certification in Plastic Surgery. He has also received the Certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery.
He began private practice in Iowa before moving to Ohio in 1998. In 2005, Dr. Carp relocated his practice to Green where he built the current 3,000 square foot facility where he currently practices.

Victoria Shetler has served as the Director of Center Operations for Dr. G’s Weight Loss and Wellness from 2012 to the present. Dr. G’s is the licensing company of Prescription Weight Loss. Victoria is a skilled multi-unit director with 14 years of experience in the industry of medical weight loss. Victoria served from 2002 to 2011 on all levels of management in the field. She has lead, guided and directed over 500 weight loss locations in over 40 different states where she was credited for a major role in the development of the medical weight loss industry. Victoria was a valuable member of the Board of Directors for a large multi-unit brand where she helped develop 7 major markets through staff and business development, brand awareness and obesity management. Victoria also served on the Board of Directors for Health Management Groups which was responsible for 3 national brands in 3 different countries. She is now the operating owner of the Prescription Weight Loss of Green.
